Having previously worked in Finance at Macquarie Bank for over a decade, Director Kim Woodward has the specialised knowledge and relationships to join the dots to help your small to medium business acquire the ideal loan to underpin your strategic growth. Financing any income producing asset, we work closely with referral partners such as accountants, planners and mortgage brokers, as well as a panel of leading lenders to ensure a paramount product selection.
Kim brings vast experience in corporate and asset finance which can be tailored to help SMEs with business finance and any income producing assets. Working in the industry since 2008, he has an extensive background in developing B2B relationships with third party introducers and on-boarding new B2B relationships. These partnerships range from small to large commercial and asset finance brokers to accountants, planners and aggregators.
After completing a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Notre Dame Sydney, Kim spent 12 years honing his craft at prestigious financial institution Macquarie in roles ranging from Asset Finance Account Manager to National Business Development Manager and Aggregator Sales – Senior BDM NSW/ACT. An empathetic, intuitive professional seasoned in negotiation, Kim engenders trust and builds rapport with clients to help them achieve their ambitions.
Adam brings a strong mix of financial markets experience and hands-on commercial lending expertise to Woodward Finance. He works closely with SMEs to structure tailored business and asset finance solutions, with a focus on cash flow, funding strategy and long-term outcomes. Prior to joining Woodward Finance, Adam operated as a self-employed Asset and Business Finance Broker. He also spent several years in institutional fixed income markets, most recently as Associate Director at Income Asset Management Group, working with high-net-worth clients, advisers and asset managers. Adam holds a Bachelor of Business (Finance) from Queensland University of Technology and is known for his analytical, relationship-driven approach.
Rachel supports the smooth day-to-day running of Woodward Finance, playing a key role in nurturing client relationships and managing internal operations. With a background in marketing and events, she brings a broad skill set across digital strategy, communications, and customer engagement. After completing a Bachelor of Business (Marketing & Public Relations) at the University of Notre Dame in Sydney, Rachel built her career working across a range of industries, gaining hands-on experience in content creation, campaign management, and brand development. Her well-rounded approach helps ensure the Woodward Finance brand continues to grow while staying focused on client services.
